Since earning my Florida real estate license in 2001, I’ve been deeply involved in home sales, new construction, rental properties, and vacant land transactions across Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties.
My experience goes beyond traditional sales—I was a principal in a company that built twin villas for investors, selling units in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Lehigh Acres. This hands-on involvement in development gives me unique insight into the building process, making me an invaluable resource for buyers and investors alike.

Before entering real estate, I spent 20 years as a teacher in Illinois, earning a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science along the way. I later transitioned into engineering and sales, ultimately becoming a National Sales Manager for Federal Signal Corporation. This diverse background has honed my skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and client service—critical assets in today’s competitive market.
